Family, friends, colleagues, and officials from throughout Fresno County joined in congratulating and welcoming Kirk Haynes as the new Chief Probation Officer for the Fresno County Probation Department. It was standing room only at the BF Sisk Courthouse in Downtown Fresno where Chief Haynes was sworn in as the department’s leader.

Chief Haynes has served as a member of the County Probation Department for more than two decades, bringing with him a wealth of experience, passion for service, and quality leadership to this exciting new role.
